1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SalamReach ("the Platform", "our Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SalamReach. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Platform Description

SalamReach is a platform that connects Muslim businesses with Muslim influencers for authentic marketing partnerships and collaborations. Our services include:

• Influencer directory with advanced search and filtering capabilities
• Collaboration request and messaging system
• Service packages and custom pricing arrangements
• Credit-based collaboration system for businesses
• Campaign creation and influencer matching
• Analytics and performance tracking
• Short link services (salam.sh) for influencer profiles
• Islamic guidelines compliance verification

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

3.2 Email Verification

All users must verify their email address to access collaboration features. We use a 6-digit verification code system with a 15-minute expiration period. Rate limiting applies (maximum 5 attempts per hour, 1-minute between requests).

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Roles and Responsibilities

4.1 Business Users

Business users can browse the influencer directory and access basic platform features. Credits are required to:

• Send collaboration requests to influencers (1 credit per request)
• Accept campaign applications from influencers (1 credit per acceptance)
• Access messaging and communication features upon collaboration
• Create campaigns (requires credit purchase history)

4.2 Influencer Users

Influencer users can create profiles, list services and packages, and receive collaboration requests. All influencers must:

• Adhere to our Islamic Guidelines in all content and conduct
• Provide accurate information about their services and pricing
• Respond to collaboration requests in a timely manner
• Maintain professional communication standards

5. Credits and Billing

5.1 Credit System

SalamReach operates on a credit-based system. Business users purchase credits to send collaboration requests and accept campaign applications. There are two types of credits:

• Free Credits: Promotional credits that can be used for influencers with fewer than 300,000 followers
• Premium Credits: Purchased credits that can be used for all influencers, including those with 300,000+ followers

Credits never expire and remain in your account until used. Current pricing and credit bundles are available on our pricing page.

5.2 Credit Usage

One credit is consumed when you initiate a collaboration request or accept a campaign application. Free credits are used first when applicable, followed by premium credits.

5.3 Credit Refunds

Credits are automatically refunded to your account if:

• An influencer declines your collaboration request
• A collaboration request expires without response (after 7 days)

Purchased credits are non-refundable for cash but will be returned to your account balance in the above circumstances.

5.4 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing credits, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the credit package price and any applicable taxes.

6. Platform Usage Guidelines

You agree to use our Platform in accordance with these guidelines:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and communications
• Respect other users and maintain professional conduct
• Use the Platform only for legitimate business purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights of others
• Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior

7. Islamic Guidelines Compliance

All influencers on our platform must adhere to Islamic principles and guidelines. This includes:

• Creating content that aligns with Islamic values and teachings
• Avoiding promotion of haram (forbidden) products or services
• Maintaining modest and appropriate presentation in all content
• Signing a commitment agreement to uphold Islamic guidelines
• Participating in our verification process for Islamic compliance

We reserve the right to review content and remove influencers who do not comply with these guidelines.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our Platform:

• Creating fake accounts or providing false information
• Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
• Attempting to circumvent our payment systems
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Promoting content that violates Islamic principles
• Using automated tools or bots without permission
• Attempting to hack or compromise platform security

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 Platform Content

The SalamReach platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and upload to the Platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to display, distribute, and promote your content as necessary to provide our services.

9.3 Respect for Third-Party Rights

You must respect the intellectual property rights of others and ensure you have proper authorization for any content you share or promote through our Platform.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We comply with GDPR and other applicable privacy regulations. We implement a comprehensive data retention strategy that balances user privacy rights with legitimate business and legal requirements.

11. Collaboration and Communication Features

11.1 Collaboration Requests

Business users with available credits can send collaboration requests to influencers. Each request consumes one credit. All collaboration requests must be legitimate business inquiries and comply with our platform guidelines.

11.2 Campaigns

Business users who have purchased credits can create campaigns to attract influencers. Campaign creation is free, but accepting an influencer's application consumes one credit. Campaigns allow businesses to describe their needs and receive proposals from qualified influencers.

11.3 Service Packages and Pricing

Influencers may offer predefined service packages or custom pricing. All pricing and service descriptions must be accurate and clearly communicated. We are not responsible for disputes between users regarding services or payments.

11.4 Communication Standards

All communication through our Platform must be professional, respectful, and comply with our community guidelines. We reserve the right to monitor communications for safety and compliance purposes.

12. Short Link Services (salam.sh)

We provide short link services through the salam.sh domain for influencer profiles. These links:

• Redirect to influencer profiles on our main platform
• Include analytics and click tracking for performance insights
• Must be used only for legitimate promotional purposes
• May be disabled if used inappropriately or in violation of these Terms

13. Account Termination and Suspension

13.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion features in your dashboard. Upon termination, we will process your data according to our data retention policy.

13.2 Termination by SalamReach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or pose a risk to our platform or other users. We will provide notice when possible, except in cases of serious violations.

13.3 Data Retention After Termination

After account termination, we will retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including business transaction records and audit logs. Personal data will be deleted or anonymized according to our privacy policy.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

14.1 Platform Availability

We strive to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

14.2 User Interactions

We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by influencers, the truth or accuracy of user profiles, or the ability of users to complete transactions. Users interact at their own risk.

14.3 Collaboration Disputes and Due Diligence

SalamReach acts solely as a platform to connect businesses and influencers. We are not a party to any agreement, contract, or arrangement between users. We are not liable or responsible for:

• Influencers who fail to deliver agreed-upon services or content
• Businesses who fail to make agreed-upon payments to influencers
• Disputes over the quality, timing, or scope of deliverables
• Any breach of agreement between businesses and influencers
• Financial losses resulting from collaborations arranged through our Platform

Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any collaboration. This includes verifying credentials, reviewing past work, agreeing on clear terms, and establishing payment arrangements directly with the other party. We strongly recommend that users:

• Create written agreements outlining deliverables, timelines, and payment terms
• Use secure payment methods with appropriate protections
• Communicate clearly and document all agreements
• Review portfolios and references before committing to collaborations

14.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalamReach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SalamReach, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where SalamReach is incorporated. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through email or platform notifications. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
